Watch the sun rise over the ocean during an early morning Cross Training Class. Implement a Core Yoga or Iron Yoga Class into your routine and then compliment your intense training with Yin Yoga and Sports Massage to keep your joints and muscles supple, creating balance in your fitness regime.

Have specific goals in mind? Work with our Certified Personal Trainers and Health Coaches to train for an event, lose weight, or amp up your existing work-out. One- on-one attention allows for more efficient achievement of goals as each session is tailored to your needs.

Reduce pain, prevent injuries and improve performance in our monthly Corrective Exercise Workshops. Targeted towards the knees, hips, back and shoulders. Allowing you to rebuild and maintain range of motion in the joints
