Fall Fitness Boot Camp:  Beginning October 15th - Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30 a.m.

Join Certified Personal Trainer Audrey in this 6 week fall boot camp!  Its little commitment with huge results and a lot of fun!  $225 for members/ $250 for members.

“The reason I love teaching this bootcamp is because it keeps you moving for an hour, integrating a variety of exercises to stimulate your muscles and boost your metabolism. This bootcamp that I have programmed incorporates both upper and lower body muscle groups in order to tone, tighten, and build endurance while allowing you to have fun without becoming bored with repetitive exercises. Bootcamps also inspire you to push yourself to the next level through motivation from me as well as your teammates in the class!

As your instructor, I will inspire you to get the results you came for by sculpting, strengthening, and toning your body. This fast moving class will focus on major and minor muscle groups including glutes and abs. I will help you quickly get the results you came for by working hard, challenging yourself, and having fun. This class is worth getting up for!”
