Forgiveness = Happiness

Forgiveness is a tricky emotion. We may think by holding onto anger or frustration that we are protecting ourselves. In reality, when we hold onto emotions, we often end up with a tightness inside us or a wall up infront of us.  Imagine replacing it with happiness, trust and self confidence.  Imagine that feeling inside to be light and open. Through the practice of meditation and journaling, the ability to let go of a layer that has been holding you back, becomes easier. Allowing you to open up to new possibilities, and a new way to look at a situation you have been holding onto.
