Choose from over 30 Fitness, Yoga, Barre Classes per week, offering knowledgable Teachers and an inclusive community with fellow students.

Practice consciousness by attending a Meditation Class or Wellness Workshop. Allowing time for mindfulness-based practices develops greater introspection, soothing the spirit and creating a calmer state of mind.
