Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and wellbeing through the application of the teachings and practices of yoga. - International Alliance of Yoga Therapy

Through guided self-awareness, Yoga Therapy provides a method to heal, reduce pain, stress and relieve physical symptoms and psychological suffering. This emerging field requires extensive training through an approved IAYT school enabling Yoga Therapists to guide individual and groups through self-discovery and modify practices according to a students needs, age and ability.

Yoga Therapy Informed classes begin September 5th, 2017 with Kim Dwyer.
