Yoga for 6th-8th Graders!

Classes will be playful, soothing, challenging, bonding, energetic, and confidence building. Students will learn yoga poses (asanas) to build strength and flexibility and breathing techniques (pranayama) to still and calm the mind & body.  No experience necessary.  This class, taught by Jen Murphy, will run for 6 weeks on Friday afternoons from 4:00 – 5:00.  The session will begin on September 27, sign up now! $90 Non-Member;  $79 for Be Well Members (Members please use promo code yoga68).
