Yoga & Fit Board Classes

GET ON BOARD! These beautiful YogaBoards have a curved base which allows the board to shift with the body’s weight. Through this type of stimuli you will increase awareness of body position, movement, and build core strength!

FitBoard classes are designed with the same great cross training methods, using weights, your own body weight and the instability of the board to kick up your workouts!

YogaBoard classes have less flow and more Hatha Poses incorporated into the practice, keeping you grounded in the present moment while the stabilizing muscles are conditioned through balancing to find your center point of gravity.

Classes are a FUN way to discover your strengths and weaknesses. JOIN US! 8 week series begins October 10th.

All levels welcome. Registration suggested; 6 boards per class. Each YogaBoard sustains weight loads of up to a maximum of 260lbs.
