Restorative Yoga + Meditation 6 week series

This yoga series is designed to help you relax, restore and rejuvenate your body and mind through the practice of gentle supported poses, breath-work and meditation. These practices in combination will help you to quiet your mind, reduce anxiety, and cultivate a greater sense of inner peace and well-being.
