Join us for a nurturing evening class blending gentle movement, supported postures, breathing practices and mindfulness meditation. Weekly classes focus on keeping the body warm by stoking the digestive fire and aiding in cleansing organs as we transition through the Spring season.All leading to create a restful space within.

As the body settles into each mat based pose, acupuncturist, Dr. Gerber places needles into specific acu-points to re-balance the body's energy, relieve blockages and bring harmony to mind and body.
